William Lees, President and Owner, has over 18 years of professional marketing experience. Bill has a B.A. in Communication Design and Marketing Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo, an A.S. in Graphic Design from Mohawk Valley Community College and a long-standing membership with the National Advertising Federation. Bill has serviced clients in almost every industry, including: US Home/Lennar, Premier Properties, Columbia Health Care, National Wildlife Federation and The Conservancy of Southwest Florida. His greatest challenge has been orchestrating and maintaining a successful advertising agency in a continually changing market for over 15 years.
Bill’s involvement does not end in the business arena. He also contributes to the community by donating time and money in supporting community events, such as the Taste of Bonita and the Old Florida Festival. Among his volunteer efforts, Bill is a long-standing member of Rotary International and former Historian and Chairman of the Board of the Collier County Museum, which has a focus on educating children on local history.

Anthony Toro, Creative Director and Partner, combines a conceptual artistic approach with traditional marketing skills that brings a breadth of expertise not commonly found among contemporary Creative Directors. After years of training and experience working and creating national marketing campaigns, Anthony has synthesized and finely honed his craft in marketing and conceptual thinking by producing advertising that yields results. Anthony studied Graphic Communication and Marketing at the San Francisco Graphic Arts Institute in California. He has created national ads for clients such as Sony, Porsche, Isuzu, General Motors, Sun Computers and Bacardi International. |

Jill Daws, Vice President, has been with Wise & Time since 2002. She has many years of experience in multi-channel marketing and advertising (print, direct mail, outdoor, broadcast, web, photo shoots, and events) with demonstrated mastery in team leadership, campaign management, media buying, market analysis, research, budgeting, and forecasting. Jill has solid knowledge and insight on trends and landscape within real estate, banking, medical, and retail industries (including franchise growth and expansion). She is a tremendous strategic planner with polished acumen in assessing most appropriate and profit producing media, marketing, and sales channels.
Jill’s past industry experience includes work with one of the largest international, full service direct marketing firms in the country. During her tenure, she managed a number of accounts, including a few recognizable names such as SunTrust Bank and Allmerica Financial, as well as a number of small community banks and retail accounts. Jill graduated with honors, earning a B.S. in Marketing from Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, Florida. |

Jessica Varnes, Account Executive, joined the Wise & Time team in 2005. She is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Fort Myers, Florida, Magna Cum Laude. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with emphasis in Public Relations. At Wise & Time Jessica has gained immeasurable experience co-managing the account for the Southwest Florida division of one of the nation’s largest residential real estate developers, Lennar Corporation. She has experience in event planning and coordination, media buying and planning, and has managed accounts in various industries such as: medical, boating, golf, tanning, and residential real estate and development. |

Kent Labadie, Studio Director, has been with Wise & Time since its inception and has created several national, award-winning pieces. Kent earned a B.S. in Graphic Design from Ringling School of Art and Design, Sarasota, Florida. Kent has been providing design services to a diverse number of customers, including banks, manufacturing and technology companies. He has been responsible for concept development, design and production on a range of projects, including corporate identity programs, trade advertising, marketing collateral, direct mail campaigns, exhibit graphics or web branding and site design. He has proven to be an invaluable asset to our company. He creates strategic and media-integrated concepts into creative, eye-catching campaigns that see positive results for each client. |

Mollie Page, Lead copywriter, has worked in the publishing industry for more than eight years. Her writing talents have enhanced a majority of Wise & Time's client projects over the last four years. Mollie is a professional, technical, medical and consumer writer. Her unique interpersonal skills and persuasive writing ability have lent value to the marketing needs of many businesses, authors, and professionals in a wide variety of industries. Mollie has written for and about virtually every industry, the public sector, and the media. Her projects range from business reports and medical billing articles to promotional literature and specialty newsletters. She has also written numerous special interest articles, radio and television spots, press releases, instructional books, and website copy.
In addition to her proclivity to write well, Mollie is an accomplished content and style editor. She is versed in the Chicago Manual of Style, the AP Stylebook, and the 21st Century Manual of Style. Mollie received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of South Florida and is currently the Communications Director and Newsletter Editor for the Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing Professionals of Collier County. A creative individual with impressive research abilities, Mollie understands the dynamics of today's public perception and media needs and is impressively adept at writing to organize strategic messages and enhance a client's marketing and publicity needs. |
